As it did last year for the Year of the Dragon, Rocky Patel Premium Cigars, Inc. will make multiple cigars for the new year. For the American market, the company will release the Rocky Patel Year of the Snake Toro, a 6 1/2 x 52 toro that uses a Nicaraguan habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan broadleaf binder and fillers from Honduras and Nicaragua. It is made at the company’s TAVICUSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
