We have a retail shop that sells only high quality named brand products and from our Las Villas Factory in Esteli Nicaragua. We do not sell your information or share it with any other party . All information received by us is for ensuring a smooth transaction for your order. Credit Card are processed once we ship your order, not before.
Return Policy
All Sales are Final.
Miami Humidor assures that all our cigars and products are fresh and factory sealed. If you are not satisfied with our products you can request a return authorization. All we ask that the return comes back in the same sealed box as we ship them. If they are loose cigars, please make sure that we receive them in the same condition as we shipped them. If the product is damaged, please send pictures and we cover all shipping costs.

- If its a defect or damaged in shipping we will e-mail you return label for your return.
- On a return, once we have received your cigars or accessories back, we will process a refund back to your method of payment.
