Mi Querida Black Unicorn Steve Saka Cigars
Black Unicorn Cigars
Both the Sobremesa Brûlée Blue and Mi Querida Black lines will add the vitola, and both will be very limited. Steve Saka estimated that the Mi Querida Black Unicorn by Steve Saka Cigars will be 200 boxes of 10 cigars. That will come in individual coffins for each blend, though noted that production numbers will probably be closer to 150 boxes after the cigars are sorted for quality control. In a Facebook post, Saka noted that whatever quantity is produced ahead of the PCA trade show will be all that is made for 2023,
The Unicorn will be the second new size for the Mi Querida Black line, as the company also announced the PapaSaka on Friday, a 5 5/8 x 48 parejo that is due out in July or August. The Mi Querida Black line uses a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper, Mexican San Andrés negro binder, and filler from the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Nicaragua.
Mi Querida Black Unicorn is packaged in individual coffins, albeit coffins painted black, instead of light blue.
- Wrapper: U.S.A. (Connecticut Broadleaf)
- Binder: Mexico (San Andrés Negro)
