Gurkha has begun shipping the trio of cigars that makes up its Gurkha Year Of The Snake By Oliva release, which celebrates the current year of the Zodiac calendar. For the release, Gurkha worked with three cigar factories—Casa Carrillo, Oscar Valladares Tobacco & Co., and Tabacalera Oliva de Nicaragua S.A.—each of which crafted a different blend. That means the release has roots in three different countries. The Oliva-made version features a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, while Nicaraguan tobacco is used for the binder and filler. This cigar measures 6 5/8 x 52 and is produced in Nicaragua.
