Also known among collectors as Opus Green, El Tributo is an elegant 7 × 50 Churchill distinguished by its green Opus X band and secondary “Opus 25” band. Each cigar is handcrafted at Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia. in the Dominican Republic using Dominican wrapper, binder, and filler tobaccos.

The special Chateau de la Fuente wrapper is a proprietary hybrid that crosses the original Opus X Corojo-seed wrapper with another seed developed by Fuente. Taken from the middle portion of the tobacco plant rather than the upper primings, the wrapper has a lighter appearance and creates a refined medium-full-bodied profile.
