E.P. CARRILLO HONDURAS

E.P. Carrillo is continuing the expansion of its Essence Series of cigars with the launch of E.P. Carrillo Honduras, the third line in the series. Unlike Sumatra and Maduro, which are already on sale and made at Casa Carrillo in the Dominican Republic, this new smoke is the first in the line to be rolled in another country.

E.P. Carrillo Honduras is being rolled in Honduras, at one of the Plasencia cigar factories. Ernesto Perez-Carrillo III, the son of veteran cigarmaker Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, led this project.

The new cigar has a blend that’s quite heavy on Honduran tobaccos. E.P. Carrillo Honduras has a wrapper from Olancho San Agustín (OSA) in Honduras, Honduran binder and a mix of Honduran and Nicaraguan filler.
