This guy isn’t so mild, however, as the rich filler blend consists of rich San Andres tobacco from Mexico and smooth, flavorful leaves from the Dominican Republic. Paired with a Mexican San Andres binder, this blend makes for an impressive flavor profile, but the real exciting part is the wrapper: A silky smooth Connecticut shade leaf grown in 2006! That’s right, the tobacco used to wrap this cigar has been patiently aging and fermenting in palm leaves for nearly 2 decades.
