Review:
The cigar itself has an extremely dark espresso brown wrapper that is fairly smooth to the touch. It has the perfect amount of give when squeezed, and smells strongly of barnyard, sweet cedar and dark chocolate, with a little bit of black pepper thrown in.
The first third starts off with spice on the lips, along with flavors of coca, leather, wood and an underlying sweetness that is really nice.
The second third has a more full bodied flavor of coca and leather and pepper on the retrohale and the strength of the cigar has increased from the first third.
The final third has a creamy consistency but the strength mellows out and becomes more medium than anything. Overall my type of cigar a medium to full bodied cigar with a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper.
